By using Kalam ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Kalam is an AI-powered content creation tool. It generates text content based on your inputs using AI models. Generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before publishing.
You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person.
You own the content you create using Kalam. We don't claim ownership of your generated posts, carousels, or other outputs. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
Don't use Kalam to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violates others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service. Don't create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Content generated by Kalam is AI-produced and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing. Islamic content should be verified with a qualified scholar. Kalam is not responsible for the accuracy of generated content.
Access to Kalam comes with the Kalam bundle, sold at joinkalam.com and processed by Whop. The terms and refund policy on joinkalam.com apply to that purchase. Anyone with an earlier Kalam subscription billed through Stripe can manage or cancel it from Settings. Contact hello@kalam.so for billing issues.
Kalam integrates with Meta's Threads API. By connecting your Threads account, you authorize Kalam to post content on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. Kalam stores your Threads access token securely on our servers and never exposes it to the browser.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account by contacting hello@kalam.so.
Kalam is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from failed posts, scheduling errors, or AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
