Admin: Contract check · The List and Split Screen
Writes 23 real carousels (both styles, no goal and the four goals, with and without a CTA, plus three typed-count cases: The List with "5 slides", The List as a 5-line list, Split Screen with "5 slides"), writing only, no pictures, then checks the slide count, the shape, the one closing action, offer details the goal details never gave, prices, em dashes, invented numbers and the caption, draws the slides, and checks Keep exact wording. Costs about $2.30 on Opus 5.5 or $1.70 on Sonnet 5 and takes several minutes.
Admin: Set a user's plan
Upgrades or downgrades any account by email. If the email has no account yet, this creates an invite: they sign in at kalam.so/welcome and get the plan on their first sign-in. The admin secret (Vercel env ADMIN_SECRET) is remembered for this browser tab only (sessionStorage), so you type it once; closing the tab clears it.
Doors beside the plan: a Faceless Million reader sees the ticked tabs beside the library (unticked ones are taken away). Kalam members have the Media Library already; the Custom Brand Build, the Boot Camp, the Operator and the Launchpad are their own purchases for everyone. Choose "Keep the plan" to change the doors alone (for a single email, use this; for a batch, use the preset boxes below).
Admin: Bulk door grants (one preset per box)
Paste a cohort into the matching box, click Give access. Each box is one preset — no checkboxes to pick. Plan is never touched (bulk grants are doors only). Uses the admin secret above. Up to 300 per paste.
Admin: Basic members (ex-TMC)
The members moved over from TMC by hand. One per line: the email, then the term after a comma: amina@email.com, 1m for a one-month gift member (both lifetime groups too), amina@email.com, 11m 20d for an annual grant: the months and days listed in the chart, counted FROM THEIR ACTIVATION (the first sign-in), never the chart's old end dates. Days alone (amina@email.com, 45) still work. A line with no term gets the days in the box. The first month from activation carries the larger allowance once per member; an annual grant then gets the monthly allowance until its term ends, the last month prorated. Each one is on Basic: the courses, the Media Library and B-roll, Ask an Ustadha, a monthly credit allowance (the larger first month once per member) and refills to buy; no Ready-to-Sell PDFs, no Boot Camp and no Custom Brand Build (those are their own purchases). The term starts at their first sign-in at kalam.so/welcome. Someone who paid for Kalam Pro keeps it and is listed as such.

Admin: Faceless Million readers (from Stan)
People who bought only the Faceless Million. Paste their emails, one per line, or the whole customer export from Stan (the emails are picked out of it), then Give access. Each one gets the library alone, for life, under the plan FM: they sign in at kalam.so/welcome with that email and see the eight books and the tracker, nothing else. Someone who already has Kalam keeps it and is listed as such; nobody is ever downgraded by this list. If they later buy Kalam, their account is upgraded on its own. Uses the admin secret above. Up to 300 emails per paste.
Admin: Books taken away by a refund
Everyone whose Faceless Million books a refund removed. Before 2 November 2026, refunding a duplicate order also removed the books, even when the buyer had another paid order. For each name still marked No books, look up their orders in ClickFunnels: if a Faceless Million order is still paid, click Restore books. Uses the admin secret above.
Admin: Custom Brand Build access
Members who bought the bonuses plan, or bought before the Terms deadline, already have it. Paste any other emails here, one per line or separated by commas, then Grant. Uses the admin secret above. An email with no account is listed back; give them a plan first.
Admin: Member sign-in help
For a member whose sign-in link never arrives. Get a sign-in link gives you the exact link the email would carry, to paste into your own email to them. Set a password puts a password on their account (creating it from their purchase if they never signed in) so they sign in at kalam.so/welcome with email and password and can change it in Settings. Uses the admin secret above.
Admin: Check doors for an email
Reads the plan and the current access list for any email, no changes made. Verifies a grant without opening Firebase. Uses the admin secret above.
